Experience the profound healing of Vishesh, a specialised form of Abhyanga (Ayurvedic warm oil massage) designed to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues.
Our Vishesh sessions are meticulously crafted to relieve tension, pain, and stress by using deeper, slower strokes and precise techniques to address knots and fascial adhesions.
Each deep tissue massage is uniquely tailored to your individual needs, using personalised Ayurvedic medicated oils designed to balance your doshas. These powerful oils penetrate deeply, alleviating muscle tension and promoting overall harmony. Infused with up to 37 potent herbs, each massage oil is designed to work synergistically with your body's natural processes.
In addition to balancing your doshas, the ancient Ayurvedic practice of Vishesh massage enhances circulation, detoxifies the body, and nourishes all seven layers of tissue. It is regarded as ayushkar—promoting longevity—and more specifically, twak-dardhya—enhancing skin firmness. Additionally, this massage is seen as jarahar—capable of counteracting the effects of aging; shramhar—alleviating physical and mental fatigue; and mrijavard balapradha—purifying the skin and enhancing its radiance.
Why Choose Vishesh?
● Deep Muscle Relief: Focuses on deeper muscle layers to release physical tension and pain.
● Emotional Detox: Helps in the release of emotional toxins, promoting overall well-being.
● Herb-Infused Oils: Utilizes medicated Ayurvedic oils, infused with herbs, for enhanced healing.
