A soothing upper body treatment for those who suffer with stress, tension, aches and pains.
The emphasis during this treatment is relaxation. Using light to medium pressure and soothing rhythmical strokes, we release tension in the muscles and focus on the problematic build-up of stress commonly found in the neck and shoulders.  The relaxing nature of the massage extends to the Marma (energy) points in back, arms and hands too, providing a fully therapeutic treatment to the whole upper body.
 
Useful for those who do lots of physical activity involving the muscles of the back and shoulders and for those who suffer with the effects of everyday stress and strain, tension, aches and pains in the back and shoulders. This massage provides a general sense of wellbeing and can improve disturbed sleeping patterns.
Shirodhara Oil Treatment
This massage is particularly beneficial when combined with the Shirodhara (oil on the forehead) add-on treatment, an excellent treatment for people experiencing high levels of stress and imbalances.  Find out more >
