Hello, I'm Angela Starling, a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner based in Arborfield near Reading, Berkshire. I specialise in Ayurvedic Treatments and Marma therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping Therapy as well as Reiki healing.
I also offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, perfect for those recovering from medical treatment, planning surgery, or embracing a healthier lifestyle.

We already know the direct relationship between stress and the physical body. The mind, body and spirit are connected, so any imbalance in one area will affect the others. I help many people who are feeling overworked, stressed and tense, and every treatment is different. My approach to wellness is holistic.
