A 90 minute rejuvenating full body massage using traditional techniques such as tapping, cupping, rubbing and squeezing, face massage and Ayurvedic head massage*. Firm, light, flowing strokes relax the mind and body. Faster strokes awaken the nerve endings.
* Please note: The 60 minute option does not include the face and head massage.
This treatment is fused with a gentle Chakra balancing massage, and Marma pressure therapy on vital energy points, where muscle fibres, tendons, ligaments and nerve endings collect throughout the body, helping to unblock channels (Srotas) which in turn can stimulate the detoxification process.
Finally, traditional, steamed, freshly made herbal cotton poultice bags (Pinda Sweda) will relieve sore and achy muscles, nourish the skin, and leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated.
Abhyanga is designed to encourage the elimination of Ama (a build-up of toxins) in the system by stimulating the circulation and release of tension. From your scalp to the tip of your toes, feel the tension and stress leave your body, bringing forth a sense of calm and clarity.
Especially good for individuals with insomnia, fatigue, poor circulation, IBS, weight gain, skin conditions, stress, osteoarthritis, stiff joints and general aches and pains.
Hair will be oily after the 90 minute treatment which includes the face and head massage so you may wish to bring an old scarf or hat to cover the head on your journey home.
Basic nutritional and lifestyle guidance may be offered based on your Vikriti.

Real life happens. We understand that on occasion it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your booking. As a courtesy we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
